Payam is a professional result oriented and seasoned leader with a MSc. degree in Aerospace Engineering and 25 years working experience in large organisations and different area’s (Consulting, Marketing, Product Management, Retail banking, Aerospace, and IT).

Since 2010, Payam has been end responsible for strategic changes for ING in the area of migration and transition, Operational Excellence, Big Data and Omni-Channel strategy.

In 2015, Payam designed and implemented the Agile Way of Working for ING in the Netherlands.

Since February 2017, Payam has been assigned as the Global Transition Lead to implement One Agile Way of Working throughout ING worldwide.
